Since launching Performance Systems in 1982 Larry Boone has worked extensively with small and mid-size organizations, supporting them in developing strategic business plans, realistically assessing where they are relative to where they want to go, and providing the tools and leadership skills that enable management to close the gap between current reality and their Vision.

Russell McGoff

Russell McGoff has been a partner and facilitator since 1986. Russell has facilitated courses in Europe, Asia and France and has also been a keynote speaker for several national conventions. Russell was awarded Wilson Learning’s Instructor Excellence Award. He is a graduate of Memphis State University (University of Memphis).
Russell’s areas of expertise are Leadership and Communication. He has worked extensively as a consultant and seminar leader with many companies, including Youth Villages for more than 14 years and FedEx for 20 years. |

Mary Ann Thurmond

Mary Ann Thurmond has been a partner and Administrative Manager for over 19 years. Her primary responsibilities include communicating with clients and coordinating all seminars, overseeing all accounting operations,
customizing classroom materials and strategic planning. Mary Ann is a graduate of Hendrix College with graduate courses at the University of Memphis.
Mary Ann has expansive familiarity and knowledge with Wilson Learning’s programs and materials. She is a liaison with Wilson Learning Worldwide and was the first facilitator for Performance Systems in 1982. |

Toni Nygren

Toni Nygren is the newest member of Performance Systems. She has over 10 years of accounting experience. She also coordinated special events and taught elementary school before joining our team in June of 2005. Her primary responsibilities include daily office procedures, accounting functions and client relations/customer service.
Toni is a Los Angeles, California native. She holds an M.S. and a B.A. from California State University, Northridge. |

Agnes Pokrandt

Agnes Pokrandt has over 25 years of experience in the training and development arena as a director, facilitator, designer and consultant. She has trained and educated adults throughout the U.S., Canada, Middle East, Europe and Asia. She has the background and experience of working within several Fortune 500 corporations. Agnes holds an M. Ed in Business and Vocational Education and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green University, in Ohio.
Agnes was a former client of Performance Systems before joining the company in 2002. She has in-depth knowledge and experience of key Wilson courses. She can recommend curriculums to assist and support company learning objectives and supplement curriculums already in place, using Wilson Learning materials. |

Neal Johnson

Neal Johnson joined the Performance System’s team in October of 2003. He has over 35 years of management and leadership experience in local and international corporations in the service, education and product industries. Neal’s accomplishments have been in the broadcast television, multimedia and print, motivational speaking, product design, retail marketing fields. Neal has developed and coordinated incentive programs, learning programs, management and leadership programs, and employee and management assessment programs. He has also authored articles that have been published in service and product trade journals, and has written speeches for corporate executives.
Prior to joining Performance Systems Neal was a long-term client. He graduated from Memphis State University in 1965 with a B.F.A. as a Commercial Art major. |
