Who is Performance Systems?
Our passion is “helping people get smarter about growing their business”. We deliver training, consulting and coaching. We have strategic partners like Wilson Learning and One Page Business Plan that assist us in our efforts with our clients.
How are you different from your competitors?
We work closely with our clients to understand their business problems at a deep level. Once we fully understand then the problem then we offer solutions. Our involvement is not for everybody. The driver to our involvement is that our clients believe that performance is of their people (the way they think and act) is the key to getting better business results.
Who are your clients?
Some include FedEx, Bryce Corporation, Cornerstone Systems, ServiceMaster, Smith & Nephew, Hospital Corporation of America, First Tennessee and Youth Villages. We have been servicing clients since 1982.
How do you work with your clients?
We attempt to understand the business problem and what they are trying to change/improve. Once we understand and execute a solution, together we measure and evaluate to make sure we are getting the results we set out to achieve.
What types of business problems do you solve?
- Need a better approach to customers in order to grow.
- Need to lower costs by departments working more effectively/efficiently with each other.
- Developing middle management so that they can lead a larger business in 2-3 years.
- Get new sales reps and managers producing more quickly.
- Need a clear planning and execution process to sustain growth.
